I have mentioned before, but we are so lucky to be able to live close to the beach. I try and take Ben at least once a week but not always during the day. The last time Josh visited we headed to Plum Island, an island about 5 miles from my mothers house. We drive through
Newburyport to get there and head to the end of the island where the lighthouse is as well as a playground. After getting some time in on the swings we headed onto the beach to catch the sunset.
The sunset was just beginning as we got out to the dunes.
Ben got to ride on Daddy's shoulders for part of the walk.
It wasn't quite exciting enough for him so he had to start throwing himself backwards to spice things up.
We stopped to test out the quality of the stick we found on the ground. Ben approved.

Kate, thank you for the update and beautiful people and sunset pictures. It's so good to follow along with Ben's growth and some happenings in your lives. How fun that Ben is enjoying standing and "traveling" and hooray for happy swinging squeals - those run in the family.
